The Property Finding Process
The first step in finding the right property is to make a pre-evaluation of you request. We will recommend that you (Send comprehensive Details). This will help our staff to get a better understanding of your budget, location, and what type of property you are looking for.
To be able to make this pre-evaluation we will need as much information as possible about your requirements your reasons for buying the property and the area you want the property, etc. With this information we will thereafter get back to you with a personalized evaluation of what type of properties and provide with extensive Photographs of properties that are available and match your requirements.
Once we have received your shortlist of properties. The next step is therefore to start planning the inspection trip to view your properties. Although we do not pay costs, we will however on completion of the purchase contribute to your expenses up to €500.00

Upon your arrival we can arrange for someone to pick you up from the airport or explain how to get to your accommodation. We will then accompany on the viewings of properties on your short list.
If you decide upon a property we will assist you with the paperwork, exchange of currency, obtaining NIE numbers, setting up a bank account in Spain, etc and we will also assist you with signing the title deed.

- You will need a NIE number (National identificación Extranjeros) This can be completed in one day but requires an early start, and is necessary to complete the purchase.
You will need to open a Bank Account; we have contracts with some of the leading banks in Spain, the process is very simply all you need is your passport, and will be completed in less than 1 hour.
- If you require a Mortgage we can assist in getting you’re the best mortgages available.
We have retained solicitors who will look after all the legal requirements to purchase a property.
- You will also need a Spanish will (Your English will not be enforced for Spanish property).
